Introduction
It is interesting to think that the Internet started out as a small network connection between UCLA, Stanford, the University of California in Santa Barbara, and the University of Utah. Now the Internet is a vast web of computers that allows people to access all kinds of information. It was created in 1969 by the Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA), mostly because the military and research investigators of the United States had trouble storing, sending, and accessing information.
